When working in assurance, do you typically feel that you have to be firm, specific about inquiries or evidence needed b/c the client seems like they are trying to avoid being specific? Is it common?

Yeah it’s a contentious relationship by nature. Typical company policy is to only give the minimum required evidence in order to mitigate risk.

like

Yes be firm on what u need to verify. Request written evidence. Go to the higher level at client if u are not satisfied or got questions or ask ur mgr how to verify/go abt it.

like

They always avoid being specific.

Hi all.
Has anyone in IBM been on bench for more than 4 months here?
I have been on bench for almost 4 months now & have been getting automated mails asking me to get assigned to a project by searching one by myself, else necessary action might be taken.

And are there any chances of being straightaway fired based on these automated mails?

I would genuinely need an advise from someone who is aware of this kind of situation.

Thanks in advance

Has anyone ever posted a general marketing position? We have an open position on our marketing team but we are unsure what type of position to offer. We have a wide variety of needs but don’t necessarily need to have this future person have all these skills. For example we need someone with great copywriting skills and also need someone who is great at digital marketing. This person doesn’t necessarily need to have both skills but if they did great, but if only one, great too.
