Leaning towards leaving off clients becuause I was thinking I could talk about them when they ask me about my project experience

Thanks m1. So are you saying that I should at least provide a description of each client/project regardless of if I list the name or not?

I did the second way as well :)

The company? In other words which of the below do you recommend? Deloitte Sr consultant Industry experience - Retail, Biotechnology, etc Roles - Business Analyst, Scrum Master, etc -managed offshore team -created functional spec documents Or Deloitte Sr consultant 10 billion dollar Home Goods Retailer - managed offshore team -created functional spec documents Largest pharmaceutical company in Fortune 500 -managed offshore -created functional spec documents

I have been in consulting and industry, my resume is structured the 2nd way you put it- and yes, I dont have clients listed on mine although I have seen other resumes with the client name. Either way, focus on the responsibilities bullet points under each project more. :)

@Deloitte OP- yes, thats how I have it. List your varying responsibilities— highlighting key responsibilities and key words.

..and since I did not list the client, i broke the various projects down by my role performed (SME on xyz.. / etc) as opposed to describing my clients— since all my clients were in same industry, but my roles differed

I was laid off from a resource management role, working with employees approaching or on the bench, working with managers to staff projects, and support functions like report creation, scheduling, etc. Roles like this are few and many large consulting firms have frozen internal hiring. Do you think it would be beneficial to get a SHRM cert? Would that help get a "talent related" HR role? Worth the money? I have a background in recruitment as well.
