I can't help but feel disappointed about the work we're doing. Like if I was a client, I wouldn't feel great about hiring my own team. I work to improve quality but just a lowly C under time pressure

Left big 4 as a manager for a controller role (smaller company, team of 5 direct reports). The interview will be with different groups of people (engineers, designers, etc.) and I'll be talking to each group for 30 minutes. I wasn't told anything else about the interview.

Hey CDs... how often do you present work your creatives did while they are in on the client call and how often do you just offer support as needed?

Currently, I've been offer a 12 month contract role (50% pay increase) at Cognizant to implement/support an application for a client they support.

However, I recently found out that if I do ever get approach to be converted as a FTE, I would be an employee of Cognizant, not with the actual client.

Is this a valid statement?
