If you work in email marketing on the brand side: What platform do you use? Ours is woefully inadequate for the type of automations I’d like to set up based on in-app behaviors.
Did anyone look into the private equity market in India? How is the market in general? How are job opportunities in this space?
I am reading a lot of negative about how difficult distance learning is. I understand, In the past 3 month I have learned more about how computers work then I ever cared to know. We as educators have the chance to be super creative right now, go for it. Google classroom is amazing, make an embedded virtual schedule with classwork included, use Padlet, flipgrid, breakout rooms , whiteboard.fi. Remember, teaching is about learning the concept, not the amount of paperwork a student turn in.
Moving into a Sales Engineering role and extremely excited. Any pointers or advice as I move into this role?
Gearing up for the job search and was wondering if a recruiter could give my book a critical eye? Any advice or insight would be great.
How does everyone feel about Grand Seiko? Anyone able to negotiate with ADs on the price?
For those of you who have purchased an eligible EV vehicle and applied to get the credit (Fed/State).
If the state provides that the purchase price can be no more than 50k in order to be eligible for the credit. Have you tried to structure the purchase so that the car is bought for 50k (let’s say msrp is close like 49k) but your installed options are purchased separately so that you don’t exceed the 50k on the bill of sale? Have states tried to recast this?
Are there any resources for freelancing out of country? My significant other is wanting to make the jump to France from US, and before we decide, I want to know if there will be any issues.
@ work we usually use shortcuts on drop down menus like pressing “Y” if a Yes option has been set onto the drop down options. This morning pressing “Y” or “N” to jump to the option doesn’t work. Is anyone else facing the same? It often saves time. Is because of a Microsoft update?
Has anyone spoken to their OBGYN about the COVID vaccine? I'm not against vaccines, I just want science to have some more time. I'm kind of scared to get it incase it does have long term effects that could effect reproduction.
I’m so sick of hearing about people and their over-the-top “needs” for bachelorettes. There is a global crisis and upset economy. Where do people get off insisting these things move forward?
What do you guys feel about the Supreme Court’s decision in overturning Roe vs. Wade? It is still a hot topic in our office.
Does TCS Bangalore provide Cab services (pick up and drop) for anyone who's shift starts from 4 am.

I’m looking at lessons with a pro. They offer packs of 30 min (6-pack) and 60 min (3-pack) sessions. Is there a benefit to one over the other? Is 30 too short or 60 too long?
I’ve never taken lessons before, just played my whole life. I’m a mid 80s golfer trying to get more consistent and break into the high 70s.
Recommendations for luggage and totes for work travel? I'm a litigator starting at new firm and anticipating some work travel (mostly remote job but will travel to other firm offices, and for client meetings, and to court). I have roller carry-ons I'm happy with. But I'm trying to figure out what to invest in as a second piece--something useful for travel that could also double as the work bag once at the destination. And should I only focus on black or are other neutrals ok?

Interested in trust and safety! Anyone know resources and how to get into these roles at FAANG + companies?
In the process of being promoted @B4 but I don’t like the people I work for and I’m on the project from hell. The promo has taken so long that I’ve looked elsewhere despite it being my 2nd promo in 3 years. I haven’t had much traction until this past week where I was approached by 4 recruiters with really compelling roles (including FAANG). I know it doesn’t hurt to talk to them but am I an ass for excepting the promo while continuing to look/possibly exiting in the near future?
How do I know if I will enjoy doing consulting coming straight out of college? I have a lot of mixed feelings about it currently from everything I have read and heard online. Getting staffed on a project that I don't know how to do sounds like a nightmare. My understanding is that new hires are less likely to be fired in their first year as they get time to figure things out?
Would you leave from Deloitte Monitor (Strategy) to EYP Commercial Strategy? M to Director which I think is the same level. Current base $202k - does anyone know how much EYP would offer for Directors?
I have 2 first round interviews with 2 different companies tomorrow. Wish me luck!!! And any tips to study & do well are also appreciated. After months of being depressed and burned out at my current firm, I feel like I’m finally making some progress.
I have an interview tomorrow and I’m having a hard time getting nervous and prepared for it. I know the role well and the company pretty well, but surely could do more to prepare. Anyone prefer going in relaxed? I’m like making myself anxious about not being more anxious... if you have any simple abbreviated tips or ways to prepare that make you feel ready for an interview (industry job btw) I would love to hear them
