When you're a naiive cocky analyst
Just cause you don't see all the work don't assume your doing more
When you're an analyst being billed at a consultant rate 😑
i relate to this so hard. D1 you're naive if you think that every consultants/SC gives it their all on every project
Work smart not hard
SCs usually have less work than analysts lol
You spelled naive wrong.
A1 is spot on. SCs do a ton more BD work/firm development than you are privy to.
OP don't listen to the haters.
EY1... Unless the person is a slacker
An SC has to keep the analyst busy. A maximized analyst is a good job
Maybe be thankful for the experience you're getting while expectations for you aren't at those higher levels? Maybe appreciate that you'll be comfortable kicking ass at the C/SC levels if you're already doing the work? Enjoy it. - sincerely, someone who was in your shoes.
