Some challenges could include user adoption and preferences, data integration etc

Culture can play a huge role depending on where you are rolling out and evaluating how you navigate the cultural nuances during implementation. Another challenge is working across multiple time zones and how you will structure your internal and external meetings. Training can be a constraint for both internal and external teams I.e. how will you train, when will you trail, who will deliver the training, in which language? Communications can also be a challenge. How do you keep leadership informed? How do you keep customers informed? Who needs to be informed and at what cadence? Will there be internal and external reference material available such as FAQ’s? Who will write them, who will validate them, who will translate them, where will they live, how will they be shared?
