Hi guys,
need opinion
I have received an offer letter from ZS as DAC.
lets suppose they offered X amount
and I was able to negotiate and increase the offer..
now I have mail confirmation from the HR of the new compensation structure that it has been set in backend. however he is saying offer letter cant be changed..so i had to sign the old offer letter while i have mail confirmation for new compensation.
Is this okay ? will there be problem later ?

I wake up at 4am but don’t talk to anyone for a few hours. My voice will sound groggy too at 10:30am if you’re the lucky SOB who gets to speak to me first.
This post had me thinking that I just woke up very late for a Monday
My voice apparently sounds super sexy on a call when I’ve just woken up (source: several F friends throughout my life)

Love the morning voice 🫠

I do the same, dial in from bed. Someone has commented I sound a bit muffled sometimes. Why yes, that is my blanket.

We have our standup call at 12pm, and most of our team members wake up by 11:59am. So 🤷♂️

Were they supposed to be doing anything before the meeting?

I mean, it is the right question to ask though.
Did I miss something before 10:30am? Did I not meet a deliverable or deadline, because otherwise, what's the problem? Maybe I worked late on my own the night before, maybe I'm not feeling well, maybe mind your own damn business.
When I feel inspiration at 11pm and pump out a bunch of golden rockstar productivity on my own, I don't see anyone saying, no, no, it's after hours, please don't work and do good things for the company.
F* schedules/hours/time clocks, etc, period unless there's an legitimate reason for them.
So glad I haven't worked for any clients that watch the clock or keep a schedule in the last decade.
My quality results are the end product and what you hired me for, and every client has been satisfied, end of story.
If the real reason you're mentioning they just woke up is because they didn't deliver on something or missed something, that's a different story. Your OP reads like you're just being pissy they got some extra sleep though.
*Only applies to jobs that don't require in-person presence with set schedule due to required interactive/meetings/etc. I'm not advocating for people to blow off work they were expected to be present for at an agreed upon time. Just saying focus on results, stop babysitting and micromanaging. Hire people you trust to get things done.

Get your work done, and I don't care. Screw up 100% of the things you touch, and I care a lot.

Maybe they are in a different time zone? Or worked late the night before?
