I’m applying to a Tier 2 consulting firm and the recruiter asked me to have a quick coffee chat with the region head. When I got the invite, it was an hour long! Should I treat this as a formal interview? Why is the first stage with a partner?

Hey Recruiters, just need a little help. We have an area that we have historically found hard to staff with sales people. Any websites alternative to, Indeed (reverse), ZipRecruiter, Facebook? To give it away, I’ve also tried “The Utah Job Newtork”, “KSL” as well. I’d be more than happy to chalk it up to volume, but I’ve hit 389 indeed reverse searches (flyering) in 7 days and only seen a 6% positive response rate. I also tried changing the message to see if it was my language. Alright, GO!

I don’t know exactly by how much and I’ve already contributed about $1,900 directly through my Roth IRA. Does anyone know if I can still do a backdoor Roth IRA for the remainder of the $6,000? Is there any way to avoid over-contributing to my Roth IRA by the amount I already put in there?

I recently joined linkedin biz ops as a manager, but am struggling with understanding what boundaries/work hours are appropriate vs not bc my benchmarks are so skewed from consulting. Is it expected that i (usually) wont be working or checking email past 5 or 6 pm? What time should i be getting online in the morning? Id rather figure out what boundaries are reasonable myself vs ask my manager (since they have a conflict of interest)
