Does anyone else struggle with how they interact with colleagues at the same level as them or in general? In the military world I could disagree/argue with someone and at the end of the day still go grab a beer; I feel like I cannot actually be open in the corporate world. I want to say to someone; “act like a consultant.” coming from constantly making decisions to watching other consultants always defer to a manager is annoying. I can’t image asking my BN cdr this many questions.Sorry end rant
