It's only a dead end if you make it one. Make the effort to do projects relevant to commercial and network in commercial and it's good. Plus at my firm all the cool international development projects are federal.

Any pros to NOT having a buyers agent when putting in an offer on a house? If the commission is 3%, would my offer be looked at positively if I offered 2% less (eg the seller saves 1%, I save 2%)?

REG on 9/11. I start studying today. I don’t know what to expect but I have a pretty solid understanding of Individual, C/S-Corp and Partnership Taxation... hoping this puts me at an advantage.
