What sort of opportunities presenting themselves in the market lately? For those of you who are looking for exits. I know the market’s iffy but where are the 2K let go from big 4 goin?

So I've interviewed for a position in Industry and I'm awaiting their offer. Is there a standard percentage in regards to a raise that Big 4 personnel usually expect ?

Senior Managers at B4 - how many of you want to make partner and what will you if you realize you can’t?

B4 FDD/TAS or FP&A at a high growth startup with a lot of responsibility? Any insights? Which would have better exit ops?

Please help me decide:

Option 1 - stay at current big 4, get promoted this year, current comp $91k. ( project 20% increase with promotion would be like $110k)

Option 2 - jump to a fairly large credit union now, lateral move no title bump, comp becomes $110k

Why do big 4 firms pay so little in London? I am considering doing a rotation there, but found out that London folks get paid 30% less, while cost of living is comparable to nyc, if not more.

Non B4/MBB firms that sponsor for entry level non technical roles?

How likely will you land the role at B4 if you get referred?

I’ve come to realize I am only an ok analytics professional but a great accountant, and now have an offer for deals analytics at 110k, or can keep my current role at 120k doing data engineering work. Both are at B4. What would you pursue?
