When you feel the sickness creeping in, what can you do to prevent it from getting worse. Currently keep clearing my throat, but so far doesn’t hurt yet. Any advice? Don’t think it’s COVID, could just be a common cold. After all, it is the season for it.

Rest, chicken noodle soup, hydrate. Maybe it’s Covid, maybe it’s a cold. If it’s a virus, there’s nothing you can take to ward it off (maybe some vitamins/supplements to boost your immune system, but no medication).

When i felt myself getting sick i started popping vit c, drinking more tea, lots of water and I happened to have a zpack at home. I also did the lemons/oranges/cinnamon steam breathing thing too. Helped with congestion. Idk if it was covid but in 2-3 days i was fine.

Yeah but could covid get tested then if it's not. Still don't go out. If your sick, do go spreading it. Rest is the best thing for the body. May get some hot tea and rest on the conch with some TV

Eat raw garlic. You can chop it up small in a teaspoon of honey to get it down without burning. Garlic is antiviral and anti microbial. Works every time for me!
