Is anyone else of the opinion that we have a lot of minorities that are in Diversity and Inclusion positions/recruiting, more so then in positions that actually affect the bottom line/ client-facing?

I am having 4 YOE as a Salesforce developer , I joined techM on july21 but I am thinking to put papers because of my pay and also my project , I am not seeing any learning scope in my project . currently I am getting 12.5 lpa .

How much can I expect If I put papers now and attend interviews.
I am 3x Salesforce certified and 2x copado devops certified.

Hi, I was on a production support project in Tech Mahindra and I switched to PySpark developer role in CTS. My CTC updated from 4 LPA to 12 LPA. I have 3.5 YOE. Serious Q: Do our recruiters tell BAs they'll be in 100% client-facing roles and advising C-suites right away? New analysts act entitled & above "grunt" work. Seems like an expectation mismatch.

Share your best work tips and tricks! For example, I recently spent about an hour setting up rules in Outlook to auto-filter junk emails and non-urgent emails (client alerts, data room notifications, bar association emails, etc.) into a separate folder that I can check a couple times a day. Don’t know how I didn’t think to do this years ago, but that’s about 50 fewer distractions each day since I’m one of those people who checks every email notification.

Is there any professional template library that offers free templates? I have been asked to present a project that I did a few weeks back to a Senior Partner/ Global Head.

PS My work does not involve making a lot of PPTs and I may not be the best at it. The project was related to deal analytics and modeling. Would really appreciate some help!! TIA

I am incredibly frustrated with the rank promotion process. I do everything I know to increase the value added to my PPMDs and their teams, always focusing on increased knowledge and skills, and it never seems to be enough. The expectation or requirements for promotion are vague at best. It changes from year to year, but the requirements are not communicated to the EA population. Is it the same at other Big 4 firms? Do I need to leave EY or leave the dept to achieve significant salary increase?

Currently 25 with 2 kids. The 1st one is 4yr old and the 2nd one is 8month old. Currently making a combined income of 285k with my wife. We have about 344k net worth. 401k & Megaback door Roth is max out. Not a fan of 529, because college can be free if you put in the work. Our only debt is our mortgage $1400monthly.
