What’s the consensus on tattoos in the insurance workplace? I’m in leadership and considering exploring my options due to recent personnel changes. I work remote and have arm sleeves, and any time I would be in-person I’d of course wear a long sleeve shirt to be professional, but worry about a cuff rolling up and tattoos being somewhat visible. Nothing is offensive by any means.

I joined a small company last month for learning and enhancing my skills, but now I realize that it was wrong decision bcoz there is no proper management and they have given manager role to same person who is project lead, he doesn't speak well and has no people management skills, he tells me to come to office everyday even though there is hybrid envir, his behavior is also not good with fresher. It's kind of toxic environment for me bcoz I used 2 work in big mnc. What 2 do plz sugest

My boss the general manager is setting me up at work. She is saying all this stuff about me that is not true at all. But when I come into her shift or come into my shift after hers nothing is done for me. A lot of the prep is not done. And she complains about me not doing the prep. Stuff Is still dirty. One day she left the grill on. Etc. There was another manager there training to run another store and she said I basically do a lot of the work while she doesn't do much. So she stood up for me.

I have a senior who feels the need to break down every little thing they’re working on, repeating over and over the actions they are going to take after I ask them to do something. I get that he’s likely being overly prepared and wants to make sure I recognize he understands the asks, but I feel like it’s excessive. I’m not a micromanager and don’t need this level of detail. I want to make my senior feel supported, but is there anything I can suggest in this case without sounding like an ass?

I am so tired of being treated like an assistant and I’m at a loss on how to correct it. Found out today my toxic manager bad mouthed me to an HR rep in a different division. This correlated with his bad management and abusive behavior. I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks.
