Notice Period question please. After being in the same company for 8yrs & experiencing burnout in the last 2 years, I’d like to make sure I take a month’s break before jumping into my next role. Esp as I havent taken more than 2 days off at a time this year (max. 3 times/Long weekends).

What’s the best way to go about it? Should I give my exact notice period & negotiate start date, or share my notice period with a “buffer”?

Just started as an AE and I am responsible for the prospecting, running meetings, and closing the deal. Ive been doing like 50/calls per day with about 40 emails per day. I either keep getting rejection emails, VM’s or not interested over the phone. Can someone give me advice how to to get more people attend my initial meetings? Hoping that Company A will release me but it didn't happen and mean while i also continued for 20+ days. Later on realized dual working and left Company B. Any Spec Ed teachers feel like every time you try to get your program running you can’t? I am not in a self-contained class but more of a student drop in resource room where I work in small groups with life skills students who come to me for instruction & then take independent tasks back to class to complete. Advice: how to manage a reapplication as a R3 applicant who was waitlisted and finally dinged last week. I want to apply R1 to the same school (feel like this shows commitment) and I have an improved GRE score but otherwise not much in my profile has materially changed since it’s only been 3-4 months since I last applied... I will have 1 different recommender and 1 of 2 essays will be revamped. How else should I approach this? Anything I’m missing?

GRE Quant score floating around 150 and I noticed I’ve forgotten a good chunk of my Algebra. Is it worth it to take a whole Khan Academy course or should I just stick to practice problems and learn from those? Test in about 2 months.
