What is the current entry level salary for a designer in NYC at a smaller but creative shop and what is the standard benefit package that comes with that? 2 weeks vacation, 5 sick days, insurance?

I’m trying to take leave due to mental health/ burnout. Has anyone been successful in getting approved for Short Term Disability and /or FMLA via a therapist/licensed counselor (LPC) or do they need to be a psychiatrist? Thank you I’m advance 👍

Junior working with ex v5 senior in M&A. He consistently asks me to turn major deliverables at the worst hours, think 10 pm Friday/Sat/Sun night “tonight” or “by tomorrow morning” even when there is no closing date in sight. When I push back he says my behavior is unacceptable. The times when I have been able to actually meet his expectations and give him the deliverable for review, he will get back to me with comments at least a week later. Sick of these false deadlines. I have been given a sick note by my doctor to get my hours altered and be on light duty because I’m having crazy pregnancy insomnia. I think I joined consulting because I have commitment issues - scared to commit to a specific industry or area Now I’m looking to leave consulting but I get cold feet every time a role seems too “niche” Interviewing with a great firm, the role is definitely up my alley in terms of skill set, culture, pay, etc. Any advice to help me not be a runaway bride?
