Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?

Has anybody had experience "discovering" themselves and how did you do it?

I don't know if this is the ADHD but I've been at my firm for a year and not one day have I woken up with motivation to go above and beyond the bare minimum. I haven't been passionate or interested in any project I've been on. Outside of work, I have a few small hobbies but nothing I'd consider a true passion. Everybody says "just find a job in something you like" but idk if I like anything enough to make it a career!

Anyone ever encountered someone being fired while billable for another few months at least? I thought it was so odd the firm wouldn't wait and put client through that

How do I handle a situation where a supervisor questions comes off as she sees me as stupid and is belittling me? In the beginning of week, I was scheduled spilt between her client and another, and she felt I was responsible to tell her. We all have access to the schedule. When on this other client, she wanted to do call. I responded I was at a client, and she was upset and believed I should respond her questions concerning her job. Everyone says to join amdocs, but money diff is also much betweeen both.



Also if i do all paperwork with amdocs and doesnt join will there be any issue for me, i dont intend to do this, but in case cognizant backs off I have to keep a back up offer in hand.
