Think of it as the wolf crying foul. You will be flying the same airline week in and out, don't act too greedy or needy but at the same time let them know when they've fucked up enough for you to actually write to them 😉

United usually gets back within 2-3 business days, a week tops. Depending on the fuck up, they can offer anything from 2,500 miles to 10k miles (or more) or $125 to $150 travel certs
