Amex corporate green card or CSR? I’m not seeing many benefits to the Amex and I’m wondering whether I should just stop paying the annual fee and apply for CSR instead and get reimbursed for business expenses from that card. Considering I can only put business reimbursable expenses on the Amex, it’s not accumulating points very fast. Would I be better off consolidating my points on CSR? Amex platinum doesn’t seem like the right move for me right now.

He works for Pwc and had year end discussion in which he is told that they are planning to put him under Performance improvement program post 4th July. His i40 was approved last month, I have 2 questions.
1) If PWC terminates him, will they apply to USCIS for revoking his i40? Does the big 4s generally withdraw?

Just read the 157 pg rule. Wage level bands are changed to 45th percentile, 62, 78 and 95 (from the current 17, 34, 50 and 67). Same percentiles will be used for GC PWD purposes - so a level 2 job in the new system will almost require the pay of level 4 in the old scale, employers will be discouraged from sponsoring GC. The document also includes very detailed rationale for the rule and underlying analysis being performed. IMO the WH seems to be well prepared for this one.

To all the veteran H1B holders: my friends OPT expires in February. She would be a first time H1B applicant so I’m guessing her H1b won’t go into effect until October (if she gets picked through the lottery). While she is waiting for the lottery / adjudication to take place, can she be in the United States or does she have to return to her home country?
