Pretty much all Big 4 firms won't care if you leave for a client because they will now see you as a client and an existing relationship to eventually get more business with.
No. You are leaving the firm, you don’t “have” to do anything.

They do ask.. HR will schedule a call to conduct an exit interview... in that they ask if you are going to a competitor or industry..
I'm going to a client but reviewing my contract I don't have a non-compete. Just a clause that states employment with a client can't preclude D from obtaining work with said client.
It’s best not to tell anyone where you are going, until after your Day 1. You don’t know who knows who and what they may try to do.
