When my recruiter says I’ll have “144 hours” of PTO (18 days), will I definitely still run into the utilization trap of not being able to take it? Are all projects 40-42 hr weekly caps? I’ve seen for individual: match trad 401k->match roth 401k->max roth IRA->max trad IRA->max trad 401k->max roth 401k->max HSA
For self employed: max SEP IRA/solo 401k->max roth IRA->max trad IRA->max HSA

Of course situations differ but in general?

Just want to get some advice….I’ve been with my company for 6 years. Our company split into two divisions and brought on a senior manager and a director. Both are not at all knowledgeable with what our department does. In the last two years they have been here…our scores from our teams surveys have dropped over 50% YOY. I am a CA with 5 years of post qualification experience (with one of the big4). I joined PwC k SDC as SA2 last year December. Now I realised that, I am placed a level below than compared to my peers. Can I ask HR to match my level based on my experience?

PS: My previous employer is offering me to join back as a Manager but I am inclined for PwC for WFH.
