When you settle a case and you agree on the draft. Then it goes around for everyone to sign. Is it bad that I also sign the stipulation of dismissal when client signs the agreement even without a completely executed agreement?

I wouldn’t sign the dismissal until the settlement agreement is fully executed. I’ve seen settlement agreements take a long time to be signed, after the form was approved.

I absolutely would not sign a dismissal stip until the settlement agreement is signed by all parties.

Have your agreement state that a dismissal stip will be filed within X days of execution of the agreement, not that it will be signed concurrently with it.

1-Can I directly apply for IJP 2-3 week's prior or do I need to serve notice in my current project?
2- Also can I apply directly for C12 level if required YOE is matching?
3- Within IJP can I apply for outside India?
4- What would be ideal appraisal % I can expect considering team size is small and best performer in my current project.

Thanks
