As ACD1 said, “smile and over deliver.” Also make sure your book / site is up-to-date. I’ll also add that you also may want to start connecting with agency recruiters on LinkedIn and turn OFF your public activity when you do so... This isn’t being negative btw. It’s being smart. You don’t know what the future has in store and it’s wiser to be ready to jump if you have to. Good luck OP.
