I currently work 2 full time jobs & a pt contractor for 2 years and I’m currently on the verge of burnout and confused on growth.

I’m professionally excelling in all work areas and have been promoted in all work areas at least once over the past 2 years.

The issue is I find myself as a director of marketing (I over see 8 offices & a team of 7), Sales Client Partner, and Manager Administrator of Web/App Development with no idea how to improve my salary/career growth.

No degree just exp.

Also CD: Says my ideas are bad in meetings. Undermines me at every opportunity.

Does anyone in consulting see a therapist? If so, how do you navigate scheduling? I feel like schedule/work expectations/culture vary so much based on project/client/team that I don’t really know the best way to see a therapist even though it is something I would really like to do.

Closing is scheduled for Friday, and client (buyer) just informed everyone (lender, lender's counsel, seller, seller's counsel, and us) that they decided to have another affiliate take title to the property. Never mind all the signature pages are sitting in escrow. It's these moments that make me hate transaction.

How do I get better at sales?
Need to focus on sales pitch, presenting webinars and in general having a positive sales voice instead of a technical detail oriented one.
I've done toastmasters and I'm fine normally as an extrovert. But tend to panic and not do my best when it's a high stakes work related moment to clients. Internally at work with my office teams, I'm fine.
Not awful, but definitely room for improvement with regards to my public client facing persona.

I have done factory reset on my laptop as well - with option of deleting all the data..

Still issue is there..

In few cases... Disk usage went to normal .. but this happens rarely..
