I see a lot of posts from people who are being put forward for interviews and comment on this forum about having concerns about whether what they are looking for will be achievable. My view is that salary should be discussed upfront and before 1st interview and expectations set so that the client and the candidate understand in advance each others expectations and that both can be met. I’m interested if their are thoughts on why you wouldn’t nail this down in advance. It guarantees no wasted time
Hi all. This is with regards to IBM. Today I got a mail to return to office for atleast 3 days a week from 1st October 2022.
I am not in any project as of now. I have a medical condition of acute slipped disc.
Is it possible to get wfh based on my medical condition? Or will we be forced to go 3 days per week?
I had heard wfh policy is possible in IBM . Now I m hearing this.. Any inputs will be valuable.

Monday nightttt — kicking the week off right! 🤌🏼😋

Why would they?
Why are they having to pay to get something notarized?
Like a mobile notary service, and you’re asking if you should be reimbursing the client?
If they come into my office, we have notary’s who will notarize it free of charge all day long.
If I’m having to send a mobile notary, because they won’t take it to their bank, etc. to get it notarized- then they’re billed for that amount. I’m not reimbursing it.
Then what is there to reimburse?
I don’t think so. If there was a charge for the notary, we would bill it to the client instead of the reverse
