I asked TCS for a salary renegotiation, they agreed and they sent the new salary breakup, But they are not sending the revised offer letter, Whenever I ask them they are saying it's in the clearance process you'll receive shortly.
But my date of joining is on Monday, HR is telling me to join & they'll send the updated offer letter within 7 days of my joining, can we trust these words, Has anyone faced a similar situation?Tata Consultancy

You guys with IT walk up windows are lucky. The asshole IT people in my office won't help you without a ticket and all the official procedures being followed. Totally fucking worthless. I hope they are laid off soon.
Does EY not have tech support?
Um.. the best tech support is walking to the IT window/department. If you call the tech support line, they will not help. I was on the phine with a tech today to get a secure id assigned to me,only to find out after 32 minutes on thw line with them that the person that i got ir from had assigned it to me and that i would nwed to login from home or outside EY to find out id it works. Seriously?!?!? So you want me to find out if something worka agtwr i leave the office and it can't be fixed until i get another one of those stupid fob things the next day? Wtf?!?!

I suggest you go to the walkup window.. tell them what is going on and give them your laptop. Take an early day. Nothing you can do until it is fixed.
jealous yr allowed to just do walk ups. at pwc we have to call tech support in india first in order to get a ticket # referral to the onsite desk if they can't help us .......
Technically that is how it works at EY. But you wind up going to get your computer fixed so often that you make friends with the IT people. I call get a ticket nunber.. ans tell them i need my call to be moved up and then i go to IT with the ticket number. Unfortunately, going arouns the sysyem is the only way to get thungs done in a timely manner.
