Job B - clear career path, new team, chaotic corporation, but lots of room for growth and budget to hire staff. Ok benefits. TC 220

How does salary differ from hourly? I was told if I needed time to grieve I could take time off and work at night or weekends to make up. I’m on salary 🙄 was my time counted when I logged in early or took initiative to work late and on weekends before?

Does anyone take day dates with their spouse/partner? By the time I get to bed, even on the weekends, I’m spent. I wonder if it would be more enjoyable to spend that time together during the day. We both work incredibly hard and are successful, but honestly I’m more the YOLO type and he probably would find it ridiculous to take this time off work. Utilization - PwC says vacation won't hurt it but if denominator is set at 1,976 hours that's factoring in 52 weeks minus firm holidays. Shouldn't it be 176 hours less to truly not count against it?

I joined a startup a little less than a year ago as Marketing Director. Around three months into the role, I started to experience issues with my payroll. I would receive direct deposits a few days after my expected pay date, but I just assumed the CEO had forgotten to process my deposit in time. As more time passed, the time between my expected payday and actual payday increased and the CEO stopped processing my deposits through the payroll system.

Confidene, I have a very low self confidence even though I do receive very positive feedback on every piece of work I deliver from team and clients. I've been quite lucky in super fast career progression on the back of fantastic performance on every engagement since I've kicked off my career probably that is the reason why, a total of 6 years from Associate to Senior Manager!
