Analyst has been unresponsive for past 2 weeks, VP and I (Associate) confirm that it’s to both of us. Perhaps analyst found a new job or whatever but shouldn’t leave us in the dark. At what point do we raise this with the Staffer? I don’t want to feel like a snitch, but VP hasn’t addressed with staffer either so not sure if I should raise? Been working as the analyst on existing staffing in the meanwhile cuz work still needs to get done.

At a boutique firm for just over a year, I know this isn’t the best place for my growth, but a promotion is coming. Am I better of sticking around or try to go to MBB or big 4 at an associate level?
Advice wanted: My firm lied about our raises this year. They said we’d match the other top 10 firms, and that was absolute BS. I’m having a hard time staying motivated. I’m doing senior level work without the title or pay. Fresh college grads are getting paid more than me. I’m already job searching, but I feel bad that I don’t have the same drive as I did before when I thought I would be receiving a proper raise. I learned my lesson. Any advice for a young professional?
Does anyone know when the promotion decisions are announced at PwC? Have been hearing from Accenture and KPMG, sounds a little early to me, but wanted to check if anyone knows, thanks
I’m a young first-time tech entrepreneur. Business has been going well and we are going through a raise process. All my life I have had serious imposter syndrome. I constantly feel like I’m not good enough and it feels embarsssing to share because I am suppose to be strongest face of the company. Will this mindset ruin me and future success? How do you ladies battle with this?

Was hired into a company at a level that was more junior than my skills (Was out of work due to pandemic for a year). I’ve been at the company 5 months. We’re going through a reorg and my new position will really be leveraging my years of experience more so than other role. Is it appropriate to discuss a raise/adding senior to title? Or should I do the job and then prove myself then talk about raise. I have more experience than the senior members of my team. New leadership than when I was hired
Confirmed promotion from Project Delivery Specialist to Project Delivery Manager. Any thoughts on what to expect for a raise?
What’s the typical job scope for a junior and how do you bring up asking for a promotion politely? I feel like I’ve been working above my role for quite awhile now and with little oversight from CDs, sometimes taking over for them when they’re out. I’m the only junior on the team and there are no mids/seniors.
Recently received an offer from a mid-size public firm and unsure if I should consider the opportunity. I’m currently in S1 SALT in NJ. The details are below: - Pay: $80k (12% upward bump than what I’m getting right now) - Title: Semi senior, but up for promotion in July if all goes well - Role: General tax, but mainly federal tax. One of the main reasons I’m considering -Location: Technically NYC, but assuming I do well while we are still remote I can work out of NJ 3 days after covid ends
Pre-Covid - being told that they can give you a 2.5% raise only due to limit policies - does that mean it's true, or that you did a terrible job and only getting a slight increase because you asked?
Has anyone interviewed for a data specialist or product development position at YipitData? Looked over Glassdoor and saw there is a substantial take home assessment. I wanted to see if anyone could verify and share their experience. Thank you!

Software Sales question: I just got a job offer to join a post-Series A with under 20 employees. On the equity piece, I was offered .1% equity at a $142m valuation. This is a Senior / Director Sales role where I'll be blending IC duties + managing a team as we grow. I felt this offer was a bit low from the equity side. Anyone know how to evaluate this?

How much notice do you give when you’re leaving? What mechanisms do you take into account — for example I have some folks reporting to me etc. Also the client project is just getting started. I feel bad about having onboarded and then I leave just like that. How many weeks notice do you give when leaving and what are the right things to do to avoid burning bridges?
