It has been more than 2 months in Wipro but I am not getting any work. First one month I was not got a single project call, then I got one project call and I cleared the interview and allocated it to the project. Its more than a month I have been allocated to the project and I have not got a single task to do, each time I am contacting PM he is saying the client will contact me for work but client is not contacting me. I am not getting what to do and I dont want to sit idle.

Are there pathways to earn £180-200k as a Director at the Big4, or is Partner the only ticket to doing so?
