Hi, I am unable to apply for Automation Testing profile in Accenture portal. I once applied for a job 4 months back. If I am trying now, it's showing "we already have this resume in database which we received from you or some other sources in the past". Is there any other way can I apply for Accenture. Kindly guide me.AccentureAccenture India

I just let them know I’ll be off from A to B and that’s that.
This is the way
latter. i tell them. then i’ll throw a non blocking event invite on their cal so they don’t forget
You know, if it’s a go live that day, that you’ve been working on for 6 months, then yeah, run it by the group. Otherwise. I coordinate any needed coverage. Then I send a calendar invite and I click off the “require responses” option. It’s purely FYI at that point
I say “my plan is to take these days off, let me know if you forsee any issues!”

Overly courteous. Never ask for PTO. Just give enough of a heads up in advance.
Generally, my rule of thumb is tell/ don't ask, BUT do it smartly. Don't take off on major milestones unless completely unavoidable.

2 weeks or more I ask, otherwise I tell.
Tell subtly in a way that sounds like an ask.
i just tell them, some old timers literally just throw it on team calendar, I do that but also tell management (courtesy? U can also phrase it as if it’s an ask but only if you know they won’t say no) especially if it’s longer, so u can coordinate hand-offs. Only exception would be work travel that they really might need me for
Taking 2 months end of this year and it was a heads up
Don't even tell the manager, make it a surprise
I just took 2 weeks recently - sent a calendar invite with my PTO dates to my team as early as possible. (And followed up with coverage) I didn’t ask. I don’t think we should have to ask to use the PTO we worked for.
