I realized most of my anxiety or depression stems from a lack of career fulfillment. I recently started a new position and things were going great till they restructured my group and laid off a few on my team.

Now I'm always looking over my shoulder and too concerned about screwing up. In the past, I have been laid off & I can't help reading too much in to every single email. My therapist made me aware of this but I'm looking for coping tools that someone in my situation has found useful. HELP!

I haven’t involved my mom in wedding planning much because she stresses me out. But today, I took her to my dress alterations appointment and she left pissed because I didn’t let her take pictures. She said I wasn’t creating the sweet mother daughter experience she had hoped for but that’s just not me. I even bought the dress by myself in the first place. Anyone else struggling with pleasing their mothers during wedding planning while staying sane?

I'm claustrophobic and the mask makes it worse sometimes. I still always wear it but I've had a panic attack or two with it and because those make me hard to breathe, plus the mask, its worse!
