I’ve had terrible brain fog today, and difficulty focusing this entire week. Not sure if it’s because it’s my first week back after the holidays, something I’m eating, or what. How have others dealt with brain fog?

Is it ok to accept an offer today but decline in 2 -3 days if I receive a better offer somewhere else?
