When you're wanting to schedule some PTO but the timing is never right and you can't figure it out if it'll hurt you. Any tips?

Hello all! Today was day 1/90. Looking to get fit for vacation. 6 sets of free weight bench. 4 sets of assisted bench. 50 sit up, 100 bicycles, and some more light ab workouts. Starting slow to ease myself back in. It’s been some 5 years since my last serious workout.

Day one of vacation, my body is so used to only getting six hours of sleep that I woke up at 4:30 AM and can't get back to sleep
