Nice in 2055 can buy a toothbrush and toothpaste for $56

KPMG "working the D".

It’s $56 a month when you retire in 2055 if you quit today and don’t work the D another day of your life. Keep work’n D, the number keeps going up. Also, the lump sum is probably in the $20k range which you can include in your net worth calculation.

Correction. Partner pensions are nice. Staff pensions are nice but nothing groundbreaking

like

And? You can’t change anything about the pension

I think it’s actually $56 in today’s dollars correct? I believe the firm continues to add for inflation (2.5-3% a year)

In the post apocalyptic world in 2055, 56$ gazillion will probably get you a tooth pick..... or not !

Do these firms off a Pension or 401K or both?

Nice! Can you provide more info - match % and pension %? McKinsey doesn’t have a pension. I don’t think BCG does either
