Whenever i try to attend interviews through teams meeting from my gmail id .. it doesn't allow me to attend it due to below error... Can someone let me know the fix for this issue.

User account*****@gmail.com from identify provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant ***company name**** and cannot access the application in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first.

Note: the same gmail id i use for the MICROSOFT LOGIN also

Once i have COS I will be applying for visa together with dependents.

1- how long it takes to get COS. 2- is there any specific format for marriage cerificate to apply dependent visa for spouse ?
3- for English profiency eccstics validation of degree for medium of English is ok ?

Recently interviewed at Adobe, it was great. Even the senior designer I was connected with escalated it a lot. But then suddenly after the last interview, I haven’t heard in a week from them even after multiple follow ups. Recruiter said she will reach out on Monday, but even Tuesday passed now. Should I wait a week or move on for other offers?

Hi guys, is it really hard to get a foreign job directly? I have just started applying for some positions through linkedin jobs. Are there better ways than linkedin? Also my experience is relatively less. I have one year of experience but I'm confident in my skills. What do you suggest?
