Hi, I am unable to apply for Automation Testing profile in Accenture portal. I once applied for a job 4 months back. If I am trying now, it's showing "we already have this resume in database which we received from you or some other sources in the past". Is there any other way can I apply for Accenture. Kindly guide me.AccentureAccenture India

Always
I always casually apply to keep things in motion, get some practice interviewing, and learn what other roles are paying.
If I’m not interesting I’ll usually just thank the recruiter and ask to stay in touch for future roles. I’ve actually had a few follow up with me months later for roles.
The hiring slowdown hasn’t changed my approach, just means that if I do want to apply seriously or am worried about losing my job, I’ll need another month or two of applying/interviewing before I land a replacement.

You should always be looking for next role the moment you signed the offer letter. I was expecting the employers to give me what I deserved, and my career/salary were stalling for first 6 years, and then I learned to be aggressive, and had two title jumps and 2x my salary in last two years. There are risks if you make the move but there are risks if you stay.
