Where are all the Miami Beach-goers staying, given the recent shootings over there? Which areas in Miami are safe?

I stay in Mumbai currently in a wfh setup. I stay on the ground floor. There is constant flow of hawkers in my building (not gaurded by security) and they would shout when i am in an important call which really disturbs and irritates me. In a day there are 5-6 vendors who come and shout. Does any of you face this? How do you'll deal with this issue??
