My agency just promoted two white women to be CCOs. Yes, after all the diversity talk, two white women. They’ve pushed out, fired, or did a poor job of retaining POC since I’ve been here, but are doing a great job with the white higher up promotions.

I know people are currently talking about how to go to Cannes next year or how to win, but I want to know how to not participate in it at all, especially when I have an ECD constantly nagging my brains out to come up with proactive ideas to win awards when I don’t want to do anything proactive or activation or awardsy.
