I am currently working in technical support in cloud at TCS for 1.4 years. The work is very rudimentary and almost no skill is required for it.
I want to switch to BA role and I have done few certifications, learnt Tableau, Excel and MySQL but I am still not getting interviews.
Any suggestions on what should I do?

I started interviewing early Oct with a company that reached out via recruiter. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. The recruiter said they'd be making an offer but it's now been three weeks. Anyone else had the process drag on like this? Meanwhile I'm taking other interviews and was offered a promotion at current company, but was very interested in this one. What would you do?

I came across a copywriter position that I’m interested in, but one of the requirements is 8 years of experience. I’m currently just over 5 years. Would it be ok to still apply?

Beginning to consider going in house (4th, corp) - I really haven’t thought about what I want, partly because I’m not sure what’s out there/attainable. Is it a bad idea to start by applying to a couple positions that interest me and seeing where that gets me? I’ll of course prep for the interviews but am afraid to burn potential bridges if I ultimately decline because I’m still figuring things out.

If an employee mentions something disparaging or accusatory about their manager during an exit interview, how would you handle? What happens if what the employee said is slanderous and a “he said/she said” situation? My husband and I want to start a family so in preparation for pregnancy I tried lowered my Vyvanse dose from 40 mg to 30 mg to see if I could get by on lower dose. I feel like I’m not even taking medicine at all. When you lowered a dose did you get used to this feeling or should I know right away that this isn’t going to work? I feel withdrawal like my brain is slow and I can’t keep a thought in my mind long enough to finish the thought. I’m on day 4 and it sucks!
