What’s your recommendation if my new 401k does not accept pension rollover? I think the only 2 roll over options left are traditional/Roth IRA, right? If I first roll over the pension to traditional IRA, and then immediately roll over the traditional IRA to my new 401k, will I still trigger the pro rata rule when I do backdoor Roth in the future? Why does it take so much time to approve exit for employees serving notice period. During this period the employees are pressurized and treated really bad. Is this very common in KPMG. Cause in the other big 4 or any other organisation this does not happen. KGSEmployees are afraid that they will not get the approval for the requested exit date. Whenever I got promoted to digital ACD a few years ago, I noticed my pay was much lower than I expected for the market I’m in, hard to find skillsets, performance, and visibility I’ve brought to the agency. I’ve brought this up a few times and was told HR would do research into salary equity, but the convo always fades.
