I’ve 9 YOE in consulting: ERP consultant for 4 years then finance transformation consulting at PWC for 4 more, (tried to push myself out of technical side) and my goal was being a strategy consultant which I achieved last year. Now a strategy consulting manager at boutique (300 people) and my question is at this stage should I keep working here as a M or try MBB which would take me as an associate?

Which firms do any exciting emerging tech (RPA, blockchain, machine learning etc) work? My experience has been that everyone just talks about it without actually doing any work in the area.
Give me 3 good reasons to return to work!
I’m very serious in looking for a new opportunity. I think I won’t be able to get an opportunity with a BIG company because I only have 5-6 months of AE experience. Been in inside sales for a year now. I’m looking for a hybrid/fully remote role in DFW (really Fort Worth area) . Looking to get into management as a career goal but may need to get more AE experience to do that.
My default voice is super loud and deep, and have had people have asked me to keep it down, stop yelling etc. And when I try to speak at a lower volume, I sound like a squeaky little bitch. Help
I got an early promotion but instead of feeling proud of myself or fulfilled i feel...nothing? I like my job and company and hope to stay and grow here so that isn't the issue but with all the heartfelt congrats detailing how I'm so deserving pouring out from coworkers i kind of just read them and go meh (i say thanks obviously). Should i feel happier?
I’m a management information systems student. I graduate in May. My career was pushed to start as Business Analyst and move up. I do not understand programming that well and I was interesting in the financial, customer service and healthcare field. Also fill stuck as a student looking for another job.

Curious, what is the salary range for a senior consultant (program management / strategy / health sector) with North American experience? I’d love to make the move to India either permanently or for a long term contract, just not sure what the salary range is. TIA!
As a new graduate, should I worry about the current job market? I saw that many companies such as Meta, Uber, and Lyft are freezing hires for SDE1/E4 positions.
