How many of you have an MBA in HR. And how important an MBA in HR is to excel in the field of HR. Because I'm pretty mba in Marketing isn't that important to get you a Marketing job.

Help!!! Struggling to complete my degree. I’ve been in a teaching role at my school since the beginning of the year. I’m at nearly 90 credits of college course work complete. I've heard people swear by their AWS certification, saying it's opened a ton of doors for them. Others say they're useless.
