Is it a good idea is to switch from an 8 years exp HRBP/ HR Professional to SAP HR by doing SAP certification. It would be a great help to decide.
Currently pursuing SAP HANA HCM from Henry Harvin Institute.

My company is giving me a reimbursement while I go to school. It’s capped to induce me to study part time. I decided to go full time. Pay the difference out of pocket so I can graduate quicker. I have been working as a manufacturing engineer tech for 4 years without a degree but this May I will get my bachelors in Mechanical Eng. Currently making 63k a year, hourly. What should I ask for when I graduate? Living in Southern Pennsylvania.

I have been an HR assistant for 2 years in the public sector 80% staffing 20% recruiting, I want to break out into the private sector and have 5+ interviews but never seen grab there attention. Recruiters have told me that I interview well, Any Advice?? I have also gotten a Hr management Cert and working on my PHR.

Question for Wharton: I took both GMAT and GRE, but I only wanna report GRE. Do I still have to report GMAT in the online application? It asked if you have taken GMAT in the app.....

Has anyone taken a US CPA exam after the Canadian CFE? Can you share your experience? Was it as hard as the initial CFE?

Does HR for in house positions really use law school GPA as criterion for mid level positions? I’m an 8th yr with relevant in house experience, but my law school grades don’t tell that story

I am 25y/o and getting out of the Air Force after 4 years. I have a bachelors, a Project Management Professional (PMP), and working on my Masters in Management - Project Management and Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM-1).
