Hi Techies , I just wanna know I am applying for React js role in HCL , I have cleared the first technical round , anybody having any idea about the second round ? , I hold experience of 4.5 years.

I am in the midst of interviewing at 3 different agencies right now. I had my second interview with one agency on Friday and my first round for the other 2 this Wednesday. I would like to interview for the other 2, but am wondering how to maneuver the 1st place, while still being respectful. To be clear, I just want a chance to see what the other 2 say without being pressured to sign an offer letter (should the occasion arise) if they need it before Wednesday. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Looking to buy a new construction with a est. build completion next June. Is it possible to lock in an interest rate now with rates being low? Or do I have to wait until I am 60days out from the build completion?

I’d like some help evaluating the best deal. Airbnb potential house/ back house in Texas (furnished for $570k) Airbnb would break even (~3600)and most of not all of mortgage while I live in the back unit. Turnkey but not sure about appreciation or value. OR triplex for $625k that generates 4500/month, it’s in a questionable street in an amazing zip code.

Would you try to negotiate price change after signing a P&S given the following facts? The home had a pipe burst in November 2021. The pipe is fixed. Damaged area is down to the studs. The home itself is over 130 years old. When we signed the P&S the market was still hot, so we couldn’t negotiate a home inspection. However, we are getting the home for well below pre-pipe burst asking price. This past week we visited and noticed the water was not on. We don’t know for how long it’s been off.

Hello, I want to start learning more about real estate. Which courses do y’all recommended are the best to prepare me for the exam?

Currently looking at out of state multi families. For rents that aren't advertised on Zillow/redfin, is there a way of finding out what tenants might be paying aside from looking at comps? Is there a way to filter the search to only include listings with this info?

Is there an app to target specific houses or streets for when they go on market?

There are certain houses located along certain portions of some roads that I don't drive by regularly. But I would love to know if any of them ever go on the market.

I was thinking it would be great to have a Google maps like app that you could browse and select a bunch of houses and eventually get a notification if any of them ever go on the market.

Or, is there any other low effort way of doing this?
