Where do I go if I want to work on cutting edge cyber technology? Big tech like FAANG? Or are companies like Crowdstrike where top cyber talent goes?

What do face mists do for real? Are they worth it? Any recs? I feel silly spraying water on my face but I see these mists everywhere 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve been with my organization a little over a year and we’ve had major transitions and turnover that took me from starting as a recruiter coordinator to a hr generalist, and now an interim hr manager. I have a masters degree in industrial organizational psychology and while I am new to HR have professional work experience in other fields-military, teacher, training specialist. I love what I do. Should I apply for the hr manager position with only a year of hr work history? Do I have a chance?

Has anyone been the sole in-house lawyer for a company? What did your day to day life look like? I have an opportunity at a mid size international company (~$1 billion annually) and would be basically the only in-house lawyer. I was interviewing at 2 places. Both came back with competitive offers, both management positions for cybersecurity. Company A requires me to be on site 2 times a week and it’s an hour drive for me. Company B is full remote and offers me $12000 more as a sign on bonus. Those are the major differences.

I ended up taking Company B’s offer. Then the recruiter from company A sent me a long essay style text message saying how I’m ungrateful and asked for too much, etc. It left a bad feeling for me
