Thinking of moving to LA in a few months to pursue my dream career to be a talent agent or to work in the business side of music. I have no connections and no previous experience in these fields. For context I’m in my 30s, single w/no kids, and have a good amount of money saved up for the move. Moving to LA area soon, flying in for a couple days mid December to find a place and sign a lease. Last big city I moved to Realtors help with rentals and I didn’t pay a cent because they’re paid by the apartment you sign with as regulated by the city. Can’t find anything about that online for LA. Anyone have any info regarding realtors helping with rentals in LA county? Thanks!
