Where do u stand?

I have been a practicing (patent prosecution) lawyer in different firms for about 20 years. I would love to do something more creative but still techie (computers, telecom, apps, etc.). I've always been interested in improving the software that practicing lawyers use (whether patent-specific or not). I am also kind of an academic at heart, but I live in a locale where professorial jobs are pretty limited and we're rooted here now. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What are your most satisfying alternative foods? Mine is sunflower seeds (in kernel) over potato chips/crisps.

Anyone else on a road to burn-out town this week? You try hard and so little of those efforts ever go appreciated. And then you just stop caring

It’s a program I follow outside of my 12-16 training block preps, and if anyone wants, I can share it with them. It’s for strength training.

Hi! I’ve had a few recruiters reach out about roles that look very exciting but I’m really worried about leaving my current role before my 401K vests in early summer. I just feel it may be fiscally irresponsible, although I’m ready to leave.
