For finding them, look for the upward arrow at the bottom left on each reel. That indicates a trending sound.
For TikTok, find a sound that has between 20k - 50k uses and has been used frequently in the past week. That’s an indication that it will catch on.
When you upload something on Tiktok, there’s a “tiktok viral” sound category. Those are the most popular sounds.
On IG, If the sound is trending there will be a little arrow on the bottom left of the screen while scrolling thru IG reels.
I have no idea about YouTube shorts. Just take what’s popular on tiktok and IG and apply it to YouTube. I took a trending sound from tiktok and uploaded it to YouTube shorts, almost 9,000 views.
