Where do you go for salary expectations? I’m a second year audit senior at a mid-their firm in Tampa getting paid 65k. Even though I would consider my area LCOL (no income tax), based on what I’ve seen floating around here, that seems really low. Or am I just looking in the wrong spot.

P.s. part of the reason of this post is that I’m always frustrated when promotion time comes around because I feel like the firm all the leverage and information.

My TC has fluctuated (currently around 135K CAD), but it seems like it's relatively easy to breach the 100K bar, but hard to breach the 150K bar. I now work at the CBC, but I have worked in the private sector too. Maybe a dumb question for a lawyer, but is it normal to not be allowed to review an invention assignment agreement and post-employment restrictive covenant agreement at the offer letter stage? Does anyone know how litigation finance works on the plaintiff side?
