Levi’s for everyday tshirts/jeans. they have a *relatively* affordable selection of 100% organic cotton clothing. eileen fisher for upgraded basics that are everyday+ can be dressed up. lots of natural fiber clothing to choose from but price range is also higher. Etsy can also be a source. Have found some cute 100% linen outfits tailored to my needs

besides these, from a sustainability perspective, I thrift trendy clothing - still not always natural material, but at least it will be reused in some way (I got a 100% cotton levis jean shorts that fit like a dream at less than $2 last month 🤩)

I’ve been struggling with this exact thing!! I just ordered some silk and cashmere from Quince, hoping that the quality holds up to reviews for the super reasonable prices. Otherwise I love looking for good deals at Nordstrom rack but that’s hit or miss

I found a few brands I like and shop them on TheRealReal. TJX/Marshalls are also great options. Plus Uniqlo for affordable basics. The discount stores require more of a hunt but that’s how I was able to get good clothes at better prices.

Everlane is fantastic and Reformation’s “basics” section is great too!

I love thrift stores too! Try Crossroads and Buffalo Exchange, housing works, etc

Nu In has great products and uses organic and recycled/repurposed fabrics.

Chicago Tribune: Huge crowd gathers at Rotary Hill near Naperville District 203 offices to demand area schools reopen. Hundreds of Naperville-area parents & students rallied Monday to urge local school boards to bring students back to the classroom and the playing field. Hmm...so all these parents just want to send their kids into schools do die, right? And kill all the teachers and their families too. All out of pure selfishness.

Hey ladies- bit of a touchy personal subject. I had my male counterpart recently use a counteroffer that was extended to me to try to push his own raise. Should I feel offended that he's piggybacking off my offer? (We do not have same work balance for context- he has 4 direct reports to my my 1 direct report and the same workload).

I’m an immigrant with H1B. Been wanting to get out of my firm so badly but every time I apply outside, I start getting dragged into work at my current firm.I was going through some pretty rigorous interviews (I failed them) and have been in a slump since. Meanwhile my current firm keeps dumping work on me and I can’t find the time to apply outside. Anyone been through something similar? I’m losing hope. The politics is also so toxic, they started screwing me over since my last performance review.

I have an upcoming interview with Grammarly and looked at every single interview review they had on Glassdoor. There were only several positive experiences compared to a large amount of negative interview experiences. What’s your experience like and do you recommend working here? What’s the WLB there? I love and enjoy using Grammarly as a product but felt a little discouraged after reading the reviews on Glassdoor. Reviews were mainly centered on no feedback/response after hw assignments, many

OR Would you rather work for a relatively new startup with 2000 employees, GREAT salary and quick career progression, but alot of learning because it’s a startup.?
